Day 38; troll babe

Starting to become friends with the new brush pen! Very happy with this. As soon as I get my scanner and my drawing pad I'll clean it up in ps and maybe even try to color it?

It's very influenced by an amazing artist called Amanda Lafrenais. I adore her work and when I get some kind of money I will donate it to her webcomic Love Me Nice.

I don't know if the girl in the drawing is actually a troll but I think she looks like she might be. She's got the 'tude yeah?

Contrary to what it looks like this actually took me a couple of days to finish. Redrew a lot of it. I'm happy with the t-shirt and okay with the face.

I made this last night, not the 29th day at all, but, well, you know. Eh.

It's a portrait of a new acquaintance, it's not very good because wine. I gave it to her and she seemed pleased.

Made these for Maria while visiting her out of wonderful alpaca yarn.

While visiting Maria on the isle of Man I bought some amazing colinette yarn and made a pair of mittens. Big, thick and chunky.

Day 26; a portrait

Yesterday I did not manage to make anything at all. I slept until seven in the evening. I felt like shit.

Today I've been sleeping a whole lot as well and I still feel pretty horrible but a little bit better maybe.

I did a quick portrait of my wonderful hostess.

So many days

I've been sick and on vacation and a little bit stressed out. Now I'm home and soon regular posting will resume. I might get up to speed. We'll see.
